As a club, health and safety of all our players, management, committee and
supporters is vitally important. That includes any visiting teams and their staff, players and supporters too.
That is why we have implemented the regulations that have been provided to us by the UK government and the Football Association (FA) to ensure that we
adhere to the COVID-19 guidelines and recommendations.
If you are concerned with our action plan or have identified something that does not adhere to these guidelines when visiting, playing and watching at Settle United AFC ground, Bridge End, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the matter.

Settle United AFC COVID-19 Regulations:
Visiting Football Clubs:
Please read the below to ensure you understand our guidelines and action plan to help stop the spread of COVID-19 and to allow us to continue playing football in the Craven community. The manager of the side you will be playing, will ensure you have received a link to this page prior to your arrival.
- All visiting sides must complete our Track & Trace form before arriving or on arrival to Bridge End and before any players enter the field of play
- You can ask the Settle United AFC manager for a copy to fill out or alternatively download from the link below and complete before arriving
- Please pass this to the Settle United AFC manager on the day to ensure we can keep on file
Changing & Bathroom Facilities:
- The AWAY changing room is not in use, please ensure you come prepared to play in your club kit,
- The HOME changing room is not in use, please ensure you come prepared to play in your club kit.
- The BATHROOM toilet facilities are available for use with a maximum capacity of 3 persons at a time
- The SHOWER facilities are not in use for any persons and are currently closed
- The changing rooms and kitchen is only used for emergency first-aid
- All clubhouse and changing room facilities will be kept locked
- A designated person will be responsible for opening up and getting any equipment out before locking the doors
- This is regulated and managed by our club management on training and match days
Hygiene:
- Hand sanitizer is provided in the clubhouse and bathroom facilities
- Hand sanitizer stations are available in the clubhouse and bathroom facilities
- Hand sanitizer is available to any person visiting the ground
- Paper towels and soap is provided in the clubhouse and bathroom facilities
- Clear signage is implemented to ensure people know where sanitizer and paper towels are
Cleanliness:
- Increase in cleaning of welfare areas
- Increase in available cleaning equipment
- Frequent cleaning of 'high-touch' areas prior, during and after any
clubhouse usage- A weekly stocktake is complete by our management team, any items are replaced before next use of the club facilities
- A weekly check is complete by our club chairman to ensure all welfare guidelines are being adhered to and implemented
- All waste is collected and removed from the club facilities are use
Social Distancing:
- Clear signage is implemented inside and outside the club facilities
- Restrictions are in place to reduce the number of people using the
clubhouse facilities at any one time. Maximum of 2 persons inside- People are responsible for ensuring they remain 2m apart from one another whilst in or around our ground. Any persons not following this will be asked to leave
Our club management are fully trained first-aiders as well as having a
comprehensive training programme to ensure we adhere to the guidelines and hygiene requirements. We want everyone to enjoy playing and supporting at Bridge End. Please ensure you do everything possible to adhere to the guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself and others and to stop the spread of COVID-19.
